What do we offer?
Laser cutting
We have two machines for laser cutting of sheet material with a size of 3000 x 1500 mm.
SENFENG 6 KW for production of metal products with sheet thickness up to 20 mm.
SENFENG 12 KW for the production of metal products with a sheet thickness of up to 35 mm.
With both machines we can cut other materials such as: stainless steel, aluminum and brass.
Plasma cutting
We have two machines for plasma cutting of sheet material.
VANAD/AutoCut 200 XT for production of metal products with sheet thickness up to 35 mm, with sheet size 6000 x 2000 mm.
SATO/UltraCut 200 XT for production of metal products with sheet thickness up to 50 mm, with sheet size 6000 x 2500 mm.
Flame cutting
We have two machines for flame cutting cutting of sheet material.
VANAD SUPREMA for production of metal products with sheet thickness up to 250 mm,
with sheet dimensions 6000 x 2000 mm.
SATO for production of metal products with sheet thickness up to 300 mm,
with sheet dimensions 6000 x 2500 mm.
Welding
"DDM-2009 Ltd." performs welding services of parts through the methods TIG and MIG / MAG. We produce and weld parts and metal constructions on customer's request.
Sandblasting
We offer sandblasting of your parts for the purpose of cleaning from rust, scaling, old paint or for the purpose of preparing your products for priming and painting. We also clean parts of different machines, agricultural machinery, cars, metal constructions and more. Dimensions of our sandblasting chamber: 12 meters x 2.5 meters x 3 meters.
Priming and painting
We work with high-end water-dispersion primers and paints for metal with a wide range of applications. Painting not only protects metal products and structures from the detrimental effects of corrosion, sun rays, moisture, industrial pollution, but also gives them a pleasant beautiful look.
